Can Cyprus actually go back to the way it was?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Why would we want to go back to something that was not beneficial to one part of the population.

Societies and cultures grow, develop and change, Cyrus needs to do the same. If people wanted too they can choose to create a peaceful respectful society for all, but once again our Turk Cypriots think its okay to exclude others so they can benefit, hence the status quo.

Where have we said we want to solely benefit in a union of 2 states as proposed in the current talks? everyone will have the freedom to live where ever they wish, they will have the choice and not be forced into one GC state as proposed by guess who? GCs.

Well good to see that freedom of choice is another option to partition :) that is a good move VP, I hope we all come out winners and I sincerely hope that it happens soon. Personally I enjoyed reading about rotating presidency, till halil had a coment about it in his news update.

You mean just that every time you demand more than 18%.

Include GCs who wish to live in the north state and this figure soon increases.

This is what we have always said 2 states where the people are allowed to choose where they wish to settle.

VP that is not what you always said. Infact your signature still proposes partition.

Include GCs who wish to live in the north state and this figure soon increases.

And where is the logic in that?

Lets reverse it and lets see if you accept it:

Lets give to the GCs 12% more land than what they own, so 90% of land to GCs and 10% land to TCs. Then if you say 90% is too much, my answer would be: "Include TCs who wish to live in the south state and this figure soon increases".

Or you think all TCs will be able to live in the 10% of land and they wouldn't want to live in the rest 90% of land?

Let the demand determine the %, would you agree to that?
