Why does it matter how many new ones have been built or or not. They were built on land that didn't belong to them. I'm pretty sure they knew what they were doing and the legalities of it.
Why get caught up in the details of something wrong when it's very clear cut if one chooses to see it.
Ask yourself the below question without all the usual but's:
If i took something that doesn't belong to me is it right or wrong?
