i think they have now set up an immovable property department to deal with property claims from the greek cypriots who have property here.

They have, but it is illegal according to the RoC.

you can lead the horse to water, but you can't make it drink. hopefully one day they can both agree and sort out this mess.

Increasing numbers of ordinary Greek Cypriots are approaching this particular water and attempting to drink, despite what their government tells them.
