Has anyone lost a tortoiseshell kitten?

Postby Tim Drayton » Thu Jul 24, 2008 12:15 pm

Yesterday evening I noticed that a tortoiseshell kitten wearing a collar has joined a colony of feral cats that lives near my home in Agios Athanasios, Limassol. The kitten is about three months old and has a black, leather collar. If you know anybody who has lost a kitten fitting this description in the area, they can phone me on the number below and I can help them find it.

Tim if it is a kitten and presumably will grow some more, having a collar and going feral are a worry.

Can you do something about removing the collar or it will strangle the poor creature, as it grows.

Great minds think alike. After checking the collar to see whether there was any indentity information on it, I removed it. I would love to take the kitten in, but I have two cats already in the flat, both rescued from feraldom as small kittens, and when I brought a rescued kitten in two months ago (which incredibly I managed to find a home for) they made it abundantly clear to me that they did not want any more cats in the home.
