Had an email asking for clarification on the apartments available :
There are two apartments that are now available , both 3 bedroom and both in same block on the third floor.
Apartment A at 700.00 E per month as described on this thread , and apartment B which is also a 3 bedroom but larger than apartment and facing the sea front at 850 .00 E per month. Both are air conditioned / heated and fully furnished .
