Having just read that my tenant has not paid their June rent and July is now due am bloody fed up.

Not least at the management agent who has only just told me when one month is more than a month overdue.

welcome to the club, wait til it gets to 8 months, then court costs and then another month or so then you will be bloody fed up.

Actuall they are allowed 2 months grace I believe.

My first tenants (3 years ago) were in my flat for 2 months, paid only one month's rent, constantly locked themselves out and bothered the neighbours asking to climb over the balcony, finally broke in and made a right mess of the door frame, put loads of fag burns in the furniture and did about £1000 worth of damage and the agent gave them their deposit back as he claimed it was the only way to get rid of them. I believe, but am not sure, that they were Turkish (I'm sure that will get you all going).

If this tenant does not pay July's rent they will be getting a night visit form me and a bunch of friends at about 3 in the morning and it won't be getting to court.

My mood today is......................NOT VIOLENT

but calm.
