pfff...free wi-fi in nicosia is like 3G reception in the pacific ocean. :P
Only few places that have actually free wi-fi and not login-pay-browse 'free' wi-fi.

Anyway, a friend of mine dropped from new zealand these days in cyprus and he can't connect to 3G. Legitimate new zealand carrier phone number & settings but he can't browse the net. Seemed weird to me although data packages-settings may differ when you visit other countries, so this must be the reason why he can't.

I may get one shortly...hopefully...at last! :)

paliometoxo, do you really believe kiprea's phone is not hardware unlocked? That would be sweet!

Found a really cool app yesterday, it's been entertaining me for the whoooole day!

It's called PhotoSwap. You open it, take a picture with your phone and it swaps yours with one that someone else has just taken....might sound lame but you can reply to pictures and I've ended up having conversations with people through pictures. :D

Even got a picture from China!

And if that gets boring you just go into MS Word and write people nice messages like I do...

pali you take the picture through the app itself. Once you choose to use the picture it flips the picture over giving you someone elses. You can choose to reply or take another picture. You get some crazy pictures though...peoples manky feet being one of them. :?
