With this in mind and on the 34th anniversary of the Turkish invasion of Cyprus - what have YOU done to help achieve a just solution to the Cyprus Problem. Sounding off on this site against the "other side" does not count.
This is a naive question which could turn out to produce a lot of positive ideas. But you don't need comparisons to JFK to justify it, as it is conceptually, completely different. Frankly an insult to JFK's positively-affirming sentiment.
Surely everybody has played some part as proof things are no worse than they are. And everyone could have done more, and perhaps things would have been better. So what?
Do you really think those that have carried out major changes are going to own up and reveal their true identities?..... or are you asking for some made-up stuff?
Personally speaking, as one who has done
absolutely nothing, other than financially reward the US and UK (therefore negative), for me what matters is
exactly what JFK said
Ask what you can do for your country.
JFK struck home, and I would like to seek out
what we can do for our country to solve the problem, since that is my
present interest.
For me the solution lies in the future, not the past.
So what do we need to do?
