Refugee properties strictly a legal issue concerning the indiviadual refugees concerned.

The legal rights of refugees to their homes are not open to negotiation and are not issues diplomats and have no basis to say or do anything to raise solutions which will purport to extinguish legal rights.It is only natural to let the courts decide legal issues.


Talat, prefers to reject this approach, insisting that this is a political, and not a legal issue. This is a completely indefensible approach since developments since the end of World War II, particularly the establishment of the European Human Rights Court, and other international courts, make it incumbent on politicians to ensure that their actions are not illegal.

A solution or system of goverenment cannot be negotiated in the present ongoing breach of human and legal rights.
