I am in the process of filling in a e visa for some one and came across these questions on the form, check these out, I couldn't stop laughing. Are these people for real ?

Well at least they have taken out the question they used to ask about have you ever been a member of a communist party. I think I was 12 at the time! Obviously a long time ago.

Oddly enough there is legitimate logic as to why they ask those questions.

That is the point, they want the terrorist, Nazi and drug dealer to answer no. That way if they find out later instead of treating them as an American citizen, they can say they are not really citizens because they lied on the application and kick them out of the country as a result.
They did this to a Nazi that lied on his application and it happened nearly fifty years after he entered the country when they found out who he really was.
