To answer your question it's all very straightforward, any bank will help you through the process. As for insurance just the same, plenty of brokers around.
Maybe someone else on forum would advise on brokers in Paphos.

I apologise as well.

Do in depth research (OK, I know you were trying, but we see this almost every day).

Make sure the job is genuine, most hotels will not employ Brits when they can get eastern Europeans much cheaper.

Check out all terms of the job.

We are a friendly bunch really, it is just that we get many people that come over unprepared and then just spend all their time slagging the place, and the people, off because they didn't find the paradise they expected.

I'm pretty sure it's genuine as I talked to the manager in person and my application was accepted.
