When you play for your nation then being "doped" with the desire to gain a victory for your nation is the most noble thing. What would be better? Playing for money or playing for your personal fame?
I would understand Bananiot if his argument was that
all nations should be dissolved and we should all live in one united world in anarchy. That could be a decent argument.
Unfortunately Bananiot is bothered
only when Greeks or Cypriots care for their nation. He would be happy if only our nation would be dissolved so we would be ruled by some foreigners.
