Not really Kangaroo ~ it's not really that kind of forum that promotes off the keyboard meetings and people revealing their identity :shock: .

Mind you some do and according to some posts friendships have been made ~ on both sides of the divide .

It would be nice though but apart from the odd few forum members I can't see it happening.

I'll be odd in a couple of mths, 'cos I am hoping to meet some members!!! :lol:

Me too Tess! So if we are both odd, we must now be even! :lol:

If they close their accounts etc, are they still included in the figures below?

If the account is closed that's it, end of story they have gone.

I think the site owner can set the forum for a self clean say every 12 months so any inactive accounts are removed .

Some forums however don't and boast say 3,000 members when in fact only a dozen or so are active :roll:

Well all mine are closed so all my old names are up for grabs I guess :shock:

Have been working hard on an infallible formula which finds the doppelganger of any member. So it is with great pleasure that I am unveiling it for your consideration and entertainment tonight.

Let us take the example of the member Magnus who some have accused, wrongly I'm sure, of having more than one persona.

Magnus = 2x(a+b)/??x-a = bcnumismaticology

No that can't be right. Let me make some minor adjustments to the coefficients and try again.

Magnus = 2x(a+b)/??x-a = bill cobbett

Doh! :?

OK. Let me put pi into my equation and try it on our O who as everyone knows has no shadowy associate so we should get the result zero.

oracle = 2x(a+b)/2piRx-a = :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:

I don't believe it... :shock: ... O how could you? :)
