Is this to good to be true?

My Qs is as I said before is it safe to buy a villa in north cyprus?

No, No, NO! And now I think you may be taking the P***.
I am sure I answered this question to you on another forum or even this one, but it seems to have been deleted.
Check the british Foreign Office advice, I am sure you can find their web site.
I think you have just come here to ask this provocative question and I don't think you are at all genuine in your quest for answers.
Please don't mock us delboy!

If you go for pre'74 foreign or Turkish Cypriot deeds then these are deemed safe. Before hunting a bargain, ask yourself - if the GC owned land IS safe, why is it much, much cheaper than the pre 74 property? Don't do it.
ps If something seems too good to be true - it usually İS.
