If you do it against the advice of the Foreign Office then you have only yourself to blame if it goes wrong.

Having said that it would seem that buying in the south is fraught with pitfalls too.

Who said I gonna do a against the advice of the Foreign Office :roll: I am asking a QS....Bloody hell what the point of this forum if you can't ask a Qs without people putting you down.

delboy000, I think buying property in 'Northern Cyprus' is a great idea, I couldn't think of anywhere safer to buy. You will triple your money in no time at all, specially if it is built on a GC owned land. IMHO.
