does anyone know what tremithia are and what they are called in English?

If anyone knows where to source them in Australia, please advise :)

I'm not 100% sure but I think this is a tree also known as the Terebinth Tree (Pistachia Terebinthous).

It is in the same family as common Pistachio Tree. It's also used as a source of turpentine afaik. And I believe the fruits (nuts) are being used to bake a certain bread in some villages.

If it's indeed the tree I think it is they extract a resin from this tree to create Paphitiki Pissa aka Pafos Gum.

I got to page 3 and my stomach was rumbling, salivating and feeling bloody hungrey. Dinner is 3 hours away and now I have to wait Grrrrr!

Kangaroo, here are some of the pics of my special Colocasia. On the off-chance I put a couple of the boullez in the pot and crossed my fingers. The plant eventually grew to 5 feet with the leaves 8 or 9" wide. Growing in my office with the measly sunshine they did not do too bad. A bit spindly but creating life is the greatest pleasure ever. Dont you agree? :wink: :wink:

I always thought Poulles were young kolokasi. Are they another plant altogether?

No the Boulles/Bullez/Poulles are the offshoots of the main Kolocasia tuber.

Think of a large whale with all the 'pilot fish' attached to it. :?
