Lahmajoun are much better than the the dodgy Americanised pizzas you get everywhere except Italy!

do you know what the English name of strouthouthkia is? I found out that louvania is called Cyprus Veitch and apparently use to be Richard the Lionheart's favourite salad... but I wonder if he ate it with olive oil, vinegar and salt? :roll:

I will dig them out. I came accross them the other day on one of my many CDs.
