It's fully furnished (including television/washing machine) with provision for a dryer. There are wood wood floors in the living room / dining room area and laminate floors in bedrooms. The kitchen has granite counters and includes oven/ceramic hobs/fridge/microwave with provision for dishwasher.
For now there's a phone/ adsl internet connection which can be transferred to the tenant's name (though I'll be cancelling that if it's not rented out soon).
It has one bathroom (with toilet) + 1 guest toilet.
There's an a/c unit in the living room/dining room area and central heating (oil, independent setting, tank shared with two other apartment, paying arrangements already in place with caretaker of building).
There's a storage room in the ground floor (with a lock of course) and one covered parking (there's also plenty of parking space in surrounding area).
The occupants of the building have already hired professional caretaker and the common expenses come up to €38/month.
