Hi Lena mou. Eiste gala apopse;

As I said earlier 'each to their own' If it makes them happy, why not?

Goes without saying that thespians, singers, entertainers in general tend to wear make-up. No harm there.

Men have actually been wearing 'make-up' (warpaint) of sorts for centuries, so nothing new really!

Eimai Kala Bubbles mou. How are you today my dear?

I dont have a problem with men who wear make up, especially artists etc. Also I like men who take care themselves. But mascara and eye liner?

Imagine Webbo when he is getting ready to shave his face, wear his aftershave and clothes, and then his mascara and eye liner... :? :? :? :?

Its ok if they take care themselves, put on cream etc but not mascara and eye liner. :roll:

Bubbles mou,

The perfume I described gets to me for some reason, but I never could muster the nerve to go up to the women who wore it and ask what it is. And no, I do not want for me! For a present. I make my own after shave since they stopped the original Carven vetiver. Most perfumes and aftershaves smell like a combination of cut grass and fly killer.

Well, they were classy ladies, which in my book means the maximum of effect with the minimum of trinkets. But I only turned to look after I was hit by the perfume. Such a heady and serious scent, not at all fruity or smoky. And no, they could not have been chewing it, firstly because it was too strong to be from a small piece of chewing gum, and secondly a woman who chews in public would not merit the descrpition classy.

Last time I smelled the perfume was in Poros, while visiting the monastery (A TC friend wanted to see it by the way so he dragged me up the mountain) and it hit me in the courtyard. At first I thought it could be some special incense from the chapel, but then she walked by. Dressed in jeans and a simple white T shirt with no slogans or ads. No make up, or jewllery, but this lady oozed class, a thought confirmed by the priest who looked at her, then looked at me and nodded his appreciation. Perhaps he thought it was incense too, but at least in my sinful thoughts I had good company.
