The case of the bar brawl in Ayia Nappa has absolutely nothing what so ever to do with your case.
Do you have solicitors acting on your behalf in Cyprus Sir ?

Thanks for your questions mitiades.

The best offer ever on the table - in an unofficial lawyer talking to lawyer situation was our money back approximately 3 years after we entered into contract. That is 3 years behind the market and we were already in rented accommodation for months. At one stage prior to that the best we were ever offered was our money back minus £15,000 for their estate agents fees and lawyer fees. At that stage they had already (unknown to us) unlawfully resold our house. We never had a reasonable offer with these thugs and nothing ever in writing. Best just to record their lies. Please don't be confused by the meeting when he says I give you your money back. That is retracted later once I fly home.

They will not profit from THEIR breach ever! Period!

The case in Ayia Napa which happened two weeks after my assault is proof of the racist legal system in Cyprus. My assault happened in broad daylight in front of a village. At least 1 of my assault cases should be heard before this.

My lawyer is Yiannos G. Georgiades of GEORGIADES & MYLONAS, Nicosia.
He has exhausted all pleas for criminal investigations and has offered to come to London during the protest.

Conor's is not an isolated case.

At present I am adrift some CYP£125k from dealing with the same lawyer that Conor states is corrupt and unscrupulous.

I will endeavour to join your protest at times Conor.

Conor, forget all the bullshit and get down to the bottom line, you thought you had the developers over a barrel and were trying to screw them for a lot of money, the mistake you made was in thinking that you were dealing with a bunch of idiots and you came unstuck.

Sorry I have to add lawyers to the list of crooks now.

That's crooked developers, builders, estate agents and lawyers.

The island of Cyprus should be ashamed, research the internet all you doubting morons and you will quickly find out that Coner is not the only one who has suffered at the hands if these greedy profiteering scum

All must condemn outright illegal practices in Cyprus regardless who the perpetrators or the victims are.
No responsible Cypriot would condone illegal acts , under no circumstances must the balance of the judicial scales be tipped in favour of influential people be it lawyers , developers or those in possession of "mesa" .
Having my self experienced some years back an injustice carried out by the system against me I know what it tastes like.
I fought in court and received proper compensation and so should any one feeling aggrieved ought to do.
I detest "mesa" although I fully understand the ratifications of such a practice in a small island such as Cyprus.

There was a programme on the tv last week called Selling Houses Abroad.
It highlighted the case of a couple who purchased a run down property, from a developer, that required extensive renovation to bring it up to standard. They duly spent many thousands of pounds renovating the property to make it into their dream home. When it was finished they moved in. Soon afterwards a woman and children knocked on the door saying that they lived in the village and could they look around the lovely property. Once they were inside they produced deeds and said that they owned the property and that the developer had never owned it at all.
The programme concluded that the couple may have some redress in that the rightful owner had sat back and watched 'their' property be renovated and have the money spent on it without ever saying a word.
It turned out that the couple's solicitor also illegally worked for the developer, a story we have heard all too often and one that has happened to many of us.

I also saw that programme and it was a very bad case of deceit by all those involved, I think the couple who did the work will be granted the property in the long run because of the scam that was exposed.
Conors case is very different, he has tried to get a vastly better house for the same money as he originally put down a deposit for, he has tried to captalize on the property before it was completed and has come unstuck.
If there is profit to be made in the rise of property prices, the developer is entitled to gain from it, not the person who has not yet paid for it.
Conor thought he was on a good thing, he made the mistake of insulting everyone involved in the issue and that is the truth of the matter, he thinks he has a strong case but his insults may be the fly in the ointment.

Conor, do you know the case of Apostolides VS Orams, where the British court has protected the British criminals? Be certain my friend that if is shame on Cyprus once it is shame on Britain 100 times.

From what I see your case is pending, and I am sure justice will be served. if you have right then it might take time but you will win the case eventually. Justice is not served in public forums and with making websites. Justice is not a matter of public opinion.

I understand that you wanted to make your case public against Karayiannas and that is your right. But attacking the whole country and expecting the president of Cyprus and the ministers to personally deal with your case is outrageous. They have far more serious issues to deal with. If I had a dispute with somebody in the UK would you expect Gordon Brown to come and personally deal with my case? Get serious please!

Furthermore I would like to ask you what are all the ads and the donation requests on your websites? It seems to me you are trying to profit from the publicity you are trying to receive and this is somehting that makes me having doubts about your true motives.
