in the uk builders often build in phases.the detached house with grassed areas and trees next to it , often becomes the next phase. where i was coming from was, were the plans part of the contract? did the contract stipulate no more houses were to be built there? did conor get the contract checked with a uk lawyer? who wrote the original contract? his lawyer or the developers? at the end of the day it will all be down to the contract, what happens in a court room.

That question alone says you know nothing about my case. Your browser is stuck in this forum.

“I refer the honourable gentleman to the answer I gave some moments ago.”

2:05 seconds onwards is the answer to that question.

conor lots of what you talk about is word of mouth things people had said. in a court the only thing that matters is who is in breach of the contract.

HOLY S**T

I just saw that page with Klydes the lawyer. Last year I was buying a house in Protaras and he was representing the seller (an Englishman). He took the deposit from us and then failed to transfer the house over when we were ready to make final payment. My lawyer shred him to pieces freezing all bank accounts of his clients and now we have received our money back.

Did you have to explain that to your Daughter as well?

I won't be going anywhere, I'm 100% behind anybody who can change the corrupt system that seems to be the norm in this country where the developers, builders and lawyers take peoples money and dishonestyrules seemingly without any punishment.

That's too black and white, and verifiable for our crusading fighter, Conor, to answer.
