The case of the unlawful selling of my house is a CRIMINAL one not a CIVIL one. It is punishable with up to 7 years for ALL involved. Unless the authorities take action nothing in the CRIMINAL courts will be done! I will expose Cyprus legal system for being inept at best and corrupt at a local level.

As for the case of a Bar Brawl in Ayia Napa coming to court before any of my assaults - thats the final insult.

I will not let a developer who assaults me away with a penny. I was never offered my money back in full. What they say on my tapes and what they eventually do are different. Thats where I came up with the name LyingBuilder and expose the tapes for all to study. You have to listen to everything and read the correspondence.

Its that simple.

I very much doubt what you say, the insult Conor gave on tape was probably a cunning cover up for what he has said before but not on tape, he may think he has scored points, I think he has done himself a lot of damage by constantly taping what he wants the court to hear.
What is not on tape is more important I reckon.

You were never offered all of the monies you paid back , is this correct .
The case of the bar brawl in Ayia Nappa has absolutely nothing what so ever to do with your case.
Do you have solicitors acting on your behalf in Cyprus Sir ?

Conor is a bloody nuisance, he has the right name "Connor", the only problem he has got is that he has tried to "CON" the wrong people.

I did not mean to call you a liar my dear, I just can't believe that anyone would insult you worse than what this chap has done to a mans dad, well out of order.
