The only route to go down is to continue the route he has taken previous ie the 'conventional rote' through the justice system of the ROC

Conor has his solicitors working for him if there is a case to answer (and dont ask me to be judge and jury on this) then it WILL get to court and justice will be done.

If the case were as simple as conor says then I'm sure that it would already been heard.

None of us here on forum know the full facts and I'm sure that supporters of the construction company would tell a different story.

I've had a look through the lyingbuilder website and just can't believe that any developer would treat a customer in the way you have put it Conor, you must have insulted somebody very badly for them to treat you as you say they have, are you sure you did not give them some verbals about how they should run there business?.
You even told a Soliciter to take a message and give it to his dad, "Tell him he's a fucking cunt !!" I don't think that says a lot for you if the case comes to court.
Why didn't you call the President a "Fucking Cunt ?" you never know, he might be one of the gang as far as you are concerned.
I think I am going to get a group of Cypriots to come down and piss over you while you sleep in St James's Square, I don't think they will take kindly to a man who can insult a mans dad like you have done.

What you say makes a lot of sense, but imagine actually being in Conors position, I have had dealings with the Police force in Cyprus, ( with me being on the right side) and I know how things can be overlooked. I will not say ignored because I have no written proof, however it was sufficent that we recieved heavy weight appologies from both the Police Force and from the Immigration office, as and I quote " it is our job to protect you as a guest in our country" we were then asked to drop our case against the person who had wronged us as it would have long term implications against the careers of the officers involved.

I am afraid I agree with Richard B on this one. While I have sympathy for Conors plight I cannot see how going down this route will win him friends in Cyprus.

I doubt if a Cypriot would ask a man to give such a message to his dad, if somebody said that to me and insulted my dad like that, racism would not be an issue.

Mr Conor , you have no right to involve the entire nation in your squabbles with a G/C developers.
You have a case then take direct action against the developers.
As I understand it , the developers offered you a full refund of your deposit and you considered that you were entitled to a compensation. I'm not judging your demand as being either correct or incorrect , but I m judging your "attack " on the entire nation as offensive and likely top produce quite the opposite of what you intend.
The Cyprus embassy and the Cyprus government are not empowered to judge on your alleged complain, the courts are . Is it perhaps that you have inadvertently decided that the developers are representative of all Cypriots and therefore all Cypriots are a target. Let us consider that a national of some country enters into a contract with Wimpy , Barratts or any other commercial entity , and subsequently a problem arises , would it be fair then to involve Downing Street and the entire UK.
Direct your dispute with the proper authorities via your solicitors.
On another thread I asked you to confirm that the developers had indeed offered ALL your money back
you did not make that clear. I do of course understand that since prices would have gone up during your dispute you undoubtedly would be justified in saying that you had lost out.
I understand that your solicitors are still acting for you right now , so Mr Conor what is it with your protest at the UK Cyprus embassy , pressure on the RoC to treat your case as its priority ?? I do not think so.

Poor lawyer I swore at him 18 months after he unlawfully sold my house. I swore at him after my wife was rushed to hospital for a brain scan after losing sight. Turns out it’s caused by severe migraines brought on by the stress of this scum lawyer.

The Cyprus Property Action group just sent out a circular to all who have registered with them about my protest included is
“Moreover, we are also aware that some of the people who have registered with CPAG have suffered equal or greater loss than this family due to the lack of regulation and law enforcement and also of some of the accompanying intimidation e.g. threats of physical violence from developers - and even from their own lawyer in some cases!”
