Stout me? Who the feck's stout ? Anyway I'm a skinny b'stard and I have taken the 5th on the grounds that a definitive answer may (or may not :D ) tend to incriminate me. :lol:

Have you tried this one with Potatoes Purdey,
Cut some clean un peeled potatoes into chunks of about 2" , Mix a little olive oil with some garlic granules , salt pepper and any herb that takes your fancy, toss the raw potatoe in the mix , then put onto an oven chip baking tray and cook in a hot oven for about 30 mins, they should come out crisp and dry. Yummy !!
