A World Without Men ... Bad or Better?

Postby Oracle » Tue Jul 08, 2008 1:39 pm

Prof. Sykes is a bit of a radical scientist, but he has good evidence to suggest men are going to disappear in the near future.

So can we cope without men?

Avoiding the obvious delights of male company

What do men contribute to our lives that we would miss ...... and could some things actually improve?

mmmmmmmmm I have to say that men are certainly not my favourite species at the moment. My experiences as a maturing single woman increasingly lead me to the conclusion that I am better off on my own.
The sort of men I am meeting are as follows, in fairly equal numbers:

Dominant 'master' types who think it's pleasurable to inflict painful sex on you and wish you to engage in sex with numerous men while they watch.

Doormouse types who prefer to chat on msn all day and sometimes even progress to phone sex but don't have the guts to live real life.

Married men who are bored at home and want no strings attached sex.

I can do without all these quite easily.

Stoke on Trent, England but have internet dated on and off for the last 6 years.

Actually rather than use the word 'meeting' in my earlier post I should use the word encountering.

I have met/dated some 150 people over the years from internet sites and not met any nutters or even ever felt in any way vulnerable.
My life has been ruined for nearly 3 years now by a stalker who was a complete nutter who I never even met. He was supposedly a cricket fan and nothing to do with internet dating.
Life has it's obstacles wherever you are.

What I have found is that the doormouse me, and maybe even the dominant ones if you look into the deep psyche are ones who have failed relationships where they have been hurt and many where women have gone off with other women. I have long held the belief that men are being emasculated by women and maybe this is the next step in the evolution.

Let me tell you something my Darling Oracle, that if I were the last man on earth, you will have to join a bloody long queue, behind all the other women, and even then, you will be allocated only 15 minutes of my valuable pleasures.

I know you have been let down by men before who has given you much less than 15 minutes of pleasure, therefore you will see this as an improvement, but you also need to understand, that you will only get "one shot" of it.

The same goes to all the other women on this forum, who thinks they do not need a man.!
