i don't understand why the aggresive attitude...anyone else want to help me out here????

Hello David,

I know Domus, they deal in investors and sell whole projects for a ROI. The investors nevers sees the product and doesn't need to either , all he wants is his ROI and thats that.

I know of a UK investment group who uses Domus just like this so I can understand you are Bona Fide.

When you get to Cyprus, look me up you have my email address and we can talk.

Good luck.

Guaranteed Rental deals as Bill said just involve you getting your own money back.

The seller sells you the property at an inflated price. Sticks the difference in his bank (earning interest of course) and pays you a small percentage of it back each year.

The seller doesn’t care if the property is rented out or not but if it is, it is a bonus for him.

If you look at the small print (as has been done on this forum several times before), you would be better off putting your money in the bank. Or, if you really want the property buy it at a realistic price – not the inflated price associated with the ‘deal’.

Thanks for confirming my statement Grumps.

Sadly you will always get someone who believes they can get something for nearly nothing and even more sad is the fact that the buyers fall for it and actually think they have got a great deal.

Nobody wants to pass on a bargain but as I said there's no such thing as a free lunch .

I must admit there are some reasonable parts of Pyla but it's nothing special .

Bill

Indeed Bill...

The other catch that I forgot to mention is that to rent the house out it has to be furnished. Guess where you are forced to buy the furniture from???

Correct, you pick Furniture Package 'A' at £5K and it costs the developer no more than £1K.
