How many Black South African clients would you have, I wonder?
DO YOU SLEEP WELL AT NIGHTS?

THE MAJORITY OF YOUR FELLOW CITIZENS LIVE IN SHANTY TOWNS AND YOU DEVOTE YOUR UNDOUBTED TALENTS IN THIS DIRECTION.?
HOW ABOUT TRYING TO AMELIORATE THEIR HOUSING DIFFICULTIES.

Not solely . .If the educationally/financially able cannot see beyond feathering their own nests . . .

Housing Associations etc etc CAN make a difference.

David Sandmann wrote:hi all, can i please have some info on Pyla, I sell property in Cyprus from South Africa and have never been over to that beautiful country.

Our properties are based on investments and have Rental guarentees for 10 years. i am NOT looking to use this this website as a selling tool, but i do want to improve my knowledge of the area.

i know this is not as exciting as bird murderers and kids beating up each others cars, but i would appreciate feedback.

Thank you all...

One of my friends did this with a Swiss Chalet a few years back now. After the (10 or 20 in his case?) guaranteed rental period he has his own fully paid up property for his retirement ...

I think he is allowed a few weeks a year, when he can holiday there in the Chalet.

Is this how yours works?

If so why home in on Pyla?

This is a no brainer…

Guaranteed Rental deals as Bill said just involve you getting your own money back.

The seller sells you the property at an inflated price. Sticks the difference in his bank (earning interest of course) and pays you a small percentage of it back each year.

The seller doesn’t care if the property is rented out or not but if it is, it is a bonus for him.

If you look at the small print (as has been done on this forum several times before), you would be better off putting your money in the bank. Or, if you really want the property buy it at a realistic price – not the inflated price associated with the ‘deal’.

Thanks for confirming my statement Grumps.

Sadly you will always get someone who believes they can get something for nearly nothing and even more sad is the fact that the buyers fall for it and actually think they have got a great deal.

Nobody wants to pass on a bargain but as I said there's no such thing as a free lunch .

I must admit there are some reasonable parts of Pyla but it's nothing special .
