Hi

My friend has a 2 bedroom townhouse in Argaka on the GOLDENLAND AKAMAS VILLAGE just across from the old town in Argaka.

It is a beautiful development surrounded by lush fields with beautiful seaviews and gorgeous sunsets.

It is a block of only 4 townhouses within a block of 11 with a very spacious courtyard with local stone features, pergolas and spacious roof terraces for alfresco living.

There are 2 full time residents on the development who in my opinion are very nice people.

The rental is number 11 and it has a fence all the way round and it is next door to mine house which is number 10.

Tell your friends to have a look and if needs be ill give u directions etc.
