yummmy - I actually like picking bits of meat off the squewer whilst its cooking, even though I burn my fingers it just tastes so much better like that!

The halloumi and loukanika are only tasty as soon as they come off the barbarcue, if you eat then after a while there not half as nice.

Does anyone know a recipe for Sheftalias, mousakka, and kleftiko.
I used to live at Akrotiri and visit the village restaurant where the food was suberb and miss it sooo much.

If not what is the book and where can I buy it?

Cheers!
