My first attempt at halloumi making was a complete disaster, this weekend i will make my second attempt, hopefully it will go good. :?

It didn't even look like halloumi but more like baby puke who just threw up mum's breast milk, complete disaster. :cry:

Oh boy you guys have really put me off haloumi!! and Feta and Anari!!
In fact I'm gonna stay away from all cheeses for a few days.

Anari is goats cheese, same stuff that haloumi is made from when the milk is heated in the haloumi making process the milk separates into 2 sections, the one is used for the anari and the other for halloumi.
Its quite tasteless but creamy - you can buy it salted or not.
Its used for making Bourekia - ask Mrs.Moose I'm sure she loves Bourekia.
