I heard on the news that the first of several tankers has delivered 50,000 cubic metres to Cyprus!!! So....................................
What about the North, is Turkey planning the same?

Like at any children's party balloons get burst and it ends up in tears . 
A pipe line is a very viable solution but who will pay ~ perhaps the EU will give more money to the TRNC and include the water situation as one of their essential improvements.
Now to really improve the political situation if the pipe line actually happens perhaps they could provide water to the ROC too.
Much the same as the ROC provided electricity to the north in the past.
