Soyer, remember your views expressed here when the Kurds demand the same as the TCs, partition, and with the proportion of territory going at twice their population percentage. The day is not far off. The wave of dissolution of national states is coming your way with your blessings- Turkey was always first to recgnise break away states in the Balkans. The trend will smash the trendsetter someday.

Nikitas my dear friend, you little confused on this subject. Kurds helping Turkey to finish PKK terrorist organization problem so they can continue to live in harmony. You only need to look back six months ago in North of Iraq to see how much help and support Turkey had from Kurds to crush PKK. Kurds never ask for independence do not mix them up with PKK terrorist which you have many living in RoC or future Greek Cypriot Federated State

so which part of you 82/18 formal partition are you including the british bases in then? when did you ever own 82 % anyway? you forget the % of foreign ownership pre '74 and also how much land is still owned by the uk. i always understood that the roc owned it all anyway, lol.

Terry and June, the figure 82% is in relation to the percentage of Cypriots on the island who are of Greek descent.
