never heard of it mate...soz but from researching its the 4rth largest... dont have to remind you we had miss Universe few years back
also from the program it shows that :
Miss International 2008, as words of Miss International 2007, Priscila Perales, will be held at the Venetian Macao-Resort-Hotel, in Macau on November 8, 2008. About 70 contestants are expected to attend the event. [1]
there is a chart with all different countries, programm of events etc... havent seen any TC flag there...sorry man. Dunno what u talking about.
