How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

How about creating Turkish Homelands, like black homelands in apartheid SA, and forcing T.Cs to live in these enclaves and forcing them to deprive their citizenships?

Garbitsch,

obviously this is ludicrous. can you though relate Apartheid south africa to the creation of a restricted bizonal bicommunal federation (hint: voting rights or lack thereof)

Don't GCs who live and use T.C property in south get to get benefit? My friend's father's land has been used by a G.C who built up a very luxury restaurant and makes a thousands of CYP profit per month. This just one example in my mind!

I've apparently been reading about this. The RoC is solely to blame for this and TCs whose properties are being used in the south should also take the case to the ECHR. UNless of course they were refugees from the north...

I will not get into correcting this statement because you pretty much do yourself:

Overwhelmin majority of both communities fled to opposite ways during the war of 1974.

According to:
Dictionary.com wrote:v. fled, (fld) flee·ing, flees
v. intr.
1. To run away, as from trouble or danger

So is it Opposite Day in insan fantasy land today or is everyday like this?

That was a response to Agios, who claimed that T.Cs living in Greek property are also guilty and they have to be forced to live in appartments built up on Turkish land.

Half of the land and property in the areas marked in green would still include Greek Cypriot owned land and property since the property owned by the Turkish Cypriots is only 12.3% of the occupied territory.

According to Tassos, the land belongs to TCs in North is only 10.7% of the North.

According to the data of the land registry of the RoC, the total TC private land (individual TC and EVKAF) was 1,131 sq. km's, which out of the 9,251 sq. km's of the total territory of Cyprus, constitutes the 12.23%.

The Total area under occupation (excluding the buffer zone) is equal to 3,224 sq. km's and constitutes the 34.9% of the total area of Cyprus. The total TC private land (individual TC and EVKAF) that is situated in the occupied areas is equal to 531 sq. km's, which out of the 3,224 sq. km's of the total area under occupation, constitutes the 16.5%.

So Tassos and the "land expert" of Kyrpos.org who claim that land belongs to TCs in North is 10.7% or 12.3% of the North are completely throwing the figures from their stomachs.

What about the land purchased by foreigners on both sides of the Island?
