I thought slaughtering your own animals was now illegal in cyprus and could only be done by a registered s.house.

it is indeed Tess , no chemicals .

we take the animal to a slaughterhouse , they do it for you . we pay extra some money for it . they chopes for you as well .
take it home and use it after . İt coast you much cheaper .

you can buy live animal (for lamb and kid ) from 6.50 YTL per OKKA ...from the farmers . As you know these slaughterhouses are under the veterinarian control .
