It looks like 'reverse Metamorphosis' to me. He is back to normal - one can hope. I know who to blame for this.

I have just received instructions that inform me that I will 'Once Again' be leaving Cyprus for a period of possibly two months ( as from the 4th July).

I am a little put out by this information as I was told earlier that the 14th was my departure date.

I am sure that there are some who will welcome this news which is why I am informing you all of it immediately.

Naturally I will bid you farewell at the appropriate time BUT, (as has happened previously) should there be any sudden alterations, may I at this stage wish ALL members the very best of luck and thank you ALL for your delightful company.

It has been a great priviilege to be associated with you.

I don't share your views on some topics but appreciate the fact that they are well written and not boring, you will be a loss to the forum. Don't they have internet where you are going?

Jerry, in most of the places I find myself, they don't even have 'Fishnet'.

Thank you all for your good wishes and may I say that you exhibit a friendliness which is a credit to you all.

It would appear (from the itinerary that I have, which is always subject to change at a moments notice) that I will be in the Middle East for a period of about 3 weeks, thence a passing trip to Ben Ghazi and on to North Africa (not one of my favourite places).

Subsequently, to various posts in Africa, Europe and eventually Hereford in the U.K.

Expected to be back in Cyprus in early September (please God).

Thank you ALL so much for your interest and good humour, as I have stated, I am expecting to leave Cyprus in the early hours of the 4th. July.

I will certainly inform you ALL prior to my actual departure.
