to each his own....i did not care for the food in cyprus....the best meal i had the whole time i was there was on christmas eve at a TGI Fridays.

What? You can't be serious!      :( :( :(
You came all the way from the US to eat TGI Fridays? :? Next time u are in Cy send me a pm and I will give u info! 8) :)

By the way, there is TGI Fridays in NYC near the Grand Central Station. Do u know that place? I found it very cool when I had my lunch there some time ago. :)

But did you enjoy the food? You've heard the expression "cooked to order"? At TGIF's it "out-of-the-freezer-and-heated to order."

sorry, but i did not find the cypriot food all that tasty. thre wa a good kabob place near my hotel, but they closed for the christmas holidays, and on christmas eve alot of places were closed. i hate fast food, i hate eqating in a place i can eat at in my own town, but i didn't have alot of choice. and it happened to be the best food i had the whole time in CY.

As much as I like the States I will say one thing about American food. Crap !!

I disagree! :x There are many places that serve good hamburgers, steaks and mexican food (provided the cook is mexican). :D But that's about it! :)

Miltiades, what is American food (and I'm being sincere in asking this question)?

Big Mac and Chips silly ""

Are you serious? Is Goody's American? Besides, Mac was a Scot.

As I said the place was very cool. The food was moderate (definitely better than McDonalds, Burger King, etc.) as in every other TGI Fridays.
