I Live in the Midi Pyrenees ( SW France), which is very similar to where your photo's are taken.

A beautiful part of Europe, how close to Rennes Le Chateau are you? I stayed there once on a drive to(or from the) UK. Great village.

The Walking Map, other wide known as Hubby, has looked at me blank,
We are 26kms from the capital of the Gers which is Auch ( rhymes with Gosh) in The Midi pyrenees which is quite big.

Gers is the department or county as we would call it in the U.k.

I have eaten in Amsterdam, London, New York, Athens and other places. Cyprus cuisine is the best by FAR!!! :wink:

to each his own....i did not care for the food in cyprus....the best meal i had the whole time i was there was on christmas eve at a TGI Fridays.
