It was in our newspapers yesterday, that Christofiyas is slowly becoming another Papdop and even started to say the same things. We had high hope for this guy I hope he doesn't turn out like the rest of your leaders arrogant and one sided.

Firstly, to go in feet first and make agreements without proper consideration is just asking for real trouble. Come on, you have to at least agree that the problem is sufficiently complex to warrent in depth study before things are signed for?
This is just a tactic to push the GC side into something they may not really be happy with and its not a bloody car deal we are talking about, we are talk a nation here. VP even you much appreciate that.
I would be happy to wait for proper consultations and proper agreements BEFORE signatures fall otherwise we couldn't afford the consequences neither the GC nor the TC communities, there is alot riding on this.
As for Talat, well I don't think it will make any difference honestly as he is not the one making decisions anyway. Turkey is calling the shots here is is just the puppet (no disrespect to him, he cannot do anything different anyway). Threats of leadership change, losing windows of opportunities is just sales talk and that won't wash with anyone.
Everyone wants a solution, but as I have said before, I don't want just any solution I want the right solution for all for ever. period.

He is probably doing a balancing act at the moment but his real intentions will be seen when the negotiations start. The same applies to Talat. I think these two will have to hurry up because this small window will probably close in 2009 just prior to the elections in the north which Talat is tipped to lose.
