Without a threat that they will re-invade Cyprus if RoC enforces its sovereignty over the whole island and apply the laws of RoC (as it should legally be)?

Or they will just go some kilometers away and then come back if anything legal is applied to northern Cyprus?

Where would you like them to go? Australia perhaps? It may have escaped your notice or maybe you consider it TC/T propaganda but Turkey is only some kilometers away from Turkey and that is not likely to change any time soon - even if the balance of power changes ;)

They'd only get satisfied if the TA goes to moon or to mars

Not really (although that would be desirable - )
The way I see it, ideally for GCs, the TA would withdraw and waive any intervention rights it has in Cyprus, replacing them with some other form of intervention provision, with players whom GCs consider as less of a threat (based on past experience), such as a UN force with a clear mandate not simply to maintain peace (peace-keeping), but also to enforce peace (peace-making).
Of course, the withdrawal of the TA, I would think, would be hailed as a positive gesture on the part of Turkey by the RoC, and some form of reciprocal gesture would be made, such as (off the top of my head) the disbandment of the National Guard Reserves.

The question was not regarding how far they would go, but whether they would return if RoC tried to apply its sovereignty and laws over the whole island.

It is not even about the treaty of guarantees, since contrary to what you believe, does not allow Turkey to intervene militarily whenever she feels like.

The only way the TA could get involved would be if the same tragedy of 1974 happened again.

Quite right no-one has the right to intervene, only when the constitution is under threat.......

Also Turkey is not imposing her sovereignty over the whole island.

As far as Turkey is concerned you can have the Queen, or Eu as sovereign
in the south.

Who governs the South, is up to the people of the South to decide. no?
