Hi Perdike and welcome!! I am very honoured to be on the list of those you would like to talk to!!! How is life in NZ? It is a place I would dearly love to see, I love the rain forest type areas especially - and the strange wildlife!!

Hello there Tess,
This IS fun! You know I have read your posts and thought how much I would likie to be in Cyprus, and you are telling me you think about NZ sometimes!! Yes, its a good place, plenty of very beautiful scenery and majestic places, and most people here live pleasant lives, sheltered from the horrors of some parts of the world. But like everywhere, we have our dark places etc, and not all is 'clean and green'! (the NZ Tourist Board will be after me now!)

I'm having trouble with my guests for the dinner party.
Namely because I can't decide what I want for after dinner entertainment.
I don't think I want one of the world's top political figures there because they would be above everyone else's level of intelligence so might be boring. I certainly don't want a bunch of them there because it would just turn into an argument.
I think I'll just assume it's a fun party.

James Martin (to do the cooking. Far more my cup of tea than Jamie.)
The Two Ronnies (their humour is unsurpassed in my opinion)
Santana for the music
Richard Gere as my personal entertainer.

Yiassou Purdey,
I thought you had 'taken leave' or you would have been at my state Banquet as well! Its nearly 1 in the morning (Friday) here and I have to be up early, but it is so enjoyable actually talking to my Forum friends! Now, re Aidan!!!! Being a quick learner, in the light of recent happenings among outspoken forum members, I will try to remain moderate and calm. . . .My heart sank everytime I read one of his postings. we are not the last refuge of extreme rightwingers out here!!! NUFF SAID, METHINKS. I hope he has given up on Cyprus Forum. I am very glad you are back. You measured, understanding viewpoint is an asset on the forum. IMHO ha ha!

There is an organisation in the UK called The Rude Food Dining Club.

I think I'd like to attend one of their dinner's. Just to observe of course.

Unfortunately it's for couples only.
This is their website. How long before it's deleted?
