LOL , I am not using Silikou honey !!!! any old honey will do as long as it is runny. I prefer Armagnac myself by the way !

I used to eat a lot of the old canard but the only way I tend to eat it now is as a confit (cold) with some home made pickle and chutney and buttered crusty bread...A meal for a king (or Queen)
