Petrol is a derivative of crude oil it needs refining, it doesn't just come out of the ground.

That aside any minerals found on cyprus is the property of the RoC any way.

True Serdar Denktas also make statement and said it is petrol somewhere, before election promise he will start pumping out if he gets in power,
