This might be a stupid question, but if it happens in another country then how can the Turkish government punish the person?
Also, lets say someone makes a joke about being Turkish (assuming there is such a thing as self-deprecating humour in Turkish) does that constitute 'denigration of Turkishness'?
I'd love to hear from our northern brothers to shed some light on this but they are so silent (on this).
