Cup Cakes - Sharing moment Series (SmS)

If you are wondering whether or not your cup cakes are done, the toothpick trick is sometimes not enough. Cup cakes are tall, and toothpicks can only reach so far down. For a more accurate test, use a strand of uncooked spaghetti. The length of the spaghetti noodle should be sufficient to testing the cake all the way to the bottom.

The bottom is not the problem. If the center is cooked then everything is cooked. If you use a spaghetti and your cup cake is very hot then there is a chance that your spaghetti will brake inside the cup cake in which case you will involuntarily end up with cup cake Vesuvius. :?
