Is it just me or does the forum seem very subdued and rather boring the last couple of days?

I do feel that the lack of serious debate on forum has deteriorated over the last couple of days.

Are forummers too scared to start a controversal topic of late?

This is my personal opinion Lena

It was the debates and sometimes controversal topics that enticed me to join the forum. I joined to try and learn more about the nitty gritty issues surrounding Cyprus. I already know from living on the island the everyday issues ( and I do realise that people will post what I would consider mundane postings) but in the past there was always something going on with a bit more 'bite to it ' Which I could view and sometimes make comment on.

Over the last couple of days everyone seems to be pussy footing around trying their hardest not to disagree with anything at all.

probably they are having a rest until Oracle and GR comes back for the second...third...forth....or whatever round its is. Forum has always its up and down moments. Sometimes its interesting and sometimes not. Wait a bit and I am sure you will get what you want. After all its a Cyprus forum.

Perhaps its time for love and understanding. On 'their' return they can open a new page...........................and continue.

I like the chocolate cupcakes. I dont like the ones with white sponge with chocolate topping. Its best with the choc sponge. I have put on half a kilo just thinking about them.
