Nicosia - Larnaca every day

Postby olgaesplai » Sun Jun 22, 2008 2:51 pm

I am going to study in European University and i plan to work (part-time)...due some reason i hope to work in Larnaca but study in Nicosia. I Know that transportation here is specific, but from the first time i might use bus:(. I know that i will spend 2 hours every day (minimum) but...
the question: Does anyone know about student schedule (MBA), maybe the day is so busy and i will need time for preparing lessons e.t.s?
does anyone live in nicosia and move daily to larnaca?

thank you

While I was studying some friends done that and they used travel express (mini buses) which as they said it was cheaper and made their life easy because had lots of routes and could pick you up from where you wanted...not sure for the drop thing. Its going to cost you lots of money. Can you work and study in Nicosia? Are you Cypriot Olgaesplai?

My girlfriend was living in Limassol and studying in Nicosia for two years. She was going there with the bus and Limassol is further than Larnaca. It is not easy but can be done if your schedule matches.

The Green Bus Company run quite frequent buses during the daytime (but not in the evening) between Larnaca and Nicosia. The first bus leaves Larnaca at 06.15, and the last bus leaves Nicosia at 17.45. The company's telephone number is 24643492.
