In a sense your assimilation by this leadership is made much easier because of your origins.

True but whats the alternative? becoming a minority in a GC state run by GCs? no thanks I personally will take Turkish assimilation every time. If the offer is a partnership where the structure doe snot allow the GCs to push us to one side then their may be some hope otherwise while people like Pitatis want to reduce us to minority status we will be contirbuting to the CF for a long time to come.

Now that Cyprus is in the EU, it would be almost impossible, I think, to have this scenario of GC's isolating any other minority. Give the EU a few more years & all people will be worrying about is if they put out their rubbish in the correct way.

So what difference will the EU make, a body that cannot even keep its word, what security do they offer? do you know about the discrimination of the black minority in France or the Turks in Greece and Bulgaria? The EU means zilch when you are treated as a second class citizen and have to wait around the corridors of the ECHR to get justice. This is something we will never accept and there demand safeguards to make the GCs treat us as equals partners under a BBF.

....Partitioned Cyprus is the best outcome.

second best scenario two republic unites under one UNITED CYPRUS REPUBLIC.

third not approve whatever details are by Turkish Cypriots.

Greek Cypriots stop dreamlike minority rights and come to accept equality.

That is soooo true. At least the Greeks have shown they can run a country...even badly. I'd be willing to go with this just to watch a bunch of turks trying the same

So you are happy with the way things are.

Well that's not what the majority of people are saying. You need to stay of the drugs. Are you living in the same country?

I was born in the UK lived all my life in the UK. I hope for all our sakes Labour are not elected for a long time. They have turned this once great nation into the dustbin of the world. If they keep letting all these immagrants in this country will end up being another USA.

People have no respect any more kids are being alloud to run around stabbing each other all because they are not being disaplined. We need to get out the human rights charter and start again.

So as you can see can the british run a country any better that the cypriots. No is the anwer. Cyprus is doing very well even though almost a third of our people are refugees.
