How about this Soyer:

The turks first invade Cyprus, kill 10s of thousands of Cypriots (over 10% of the population at the time). According to Turks this is not a genocide.

In 1974 the Turks invade killing 1000s and ethnically cleansing 100s of thousands. According to Turks this is not a genocide.

Earlier in the inter communal conflict both sides had a few 100s of casualties each. Of course the few 100s that GCs lost is not a genocide. But amazingly the few 100s that TCs lost is a "genocide" according to the Turks!

You don't need to go far to see the most obvious double standards.

Another double standard is the Turks demanding that Cyprus should be partitioned along ethnic lines, with the GCs that have made up the majority of all corners of the island for 1000s of years being ethnically cleansed to make place for some fake "Turkish Republic" on our island, and yet they insist that Turkey should remain a unified territory, although the Kurds have always been the great majority of the Kurdistan area and have inhabited that area for 1000s of years even before the Turks arrived there.

Yes I agree what is happening in Iraq is nothing short of Genocide. But what are the Iraq's muslim borthers doing about it?

Apsolutely nothing, just rubbing their hands and waiting to see how Iraq will be carved up and what they will get out ot it!!!

Turkey however,:

1. Helping the American by allowing them to use the airbases
2. Invading Iraq themselves, to get hold of the Kurcuk oil fields
