If the name of this board is cyprus-forum.com and is mainly used by Cypriots for political discussions ,then there should be a TC moderator also in the administration (at least politics section)...

Unlike you and countless others ... I actually observe forum rules. The odd (very) few deletions I have had were when others have pushed me so far I posted back in like ....

You and halil on the other hand deserved to be banned by the same logic! .... not that I wish any such thing!

However, the only interesting thing about this forum is the relative freedom to post wild ideas for discussion ... That is why I think it is under threat from losing people who engage in discussions on these matters (and I must say shahmaran was always game for pushing ideas about novel angles).

Otherwise we might as well all move to Peyia and post on Cyprus Living about our swimming pools and their maintenance

There are plenty of Turk run forums.

Needless to say that the forum's admin has the final word if our democratically elected person gets the job at all

We allow the maximum of free speech possible but you have to keep in mind that this is a privatively owned and run forum.

Please understand that we are not judges and our time is limited. If we are forced to take some action it is certain that some members will be dissatisfied by it, firstly because no action can sutisfy all members, and secondly because some action might not be absolutely fair due to the limited time we have available to take some decision and take an action.

Due to the prejudice of many of the members here I intentionally choose to be flexible with the rules and intervene as little as possible. Unfortunately sometimes things get so ugly that taking some action can not be avoided.

If you have any complaints regarding other members please direct them to me or the moderators via a Private Message and we will take the actions we deem as necessary.
